All 3D models, files, and content available on 3DHI are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Free Content: Granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial 3D printing and modification.
  • Premium Licensed Content: Usage rights are subject to the corresponding commercial license terms displayed on each item. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or mass commercial usage is strictly prohibited.
  • You may not copy, republish, resell, rent, or commercially redistribute bulk platform content without official written authorization from 3DHI.

4. User Uploaded Content

When you upload models or content to 3DHI, you confirm that you own the copyright or have legal authorization to publish the content. You grant 3DHI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, preview, distribute, and promote your uploaded content on our platform. We reserve the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove uploaded content that violates laws, copyright rules, or community guidelines.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL 3D PRINTING MODELS AND FILES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALL MODELS ARE 100% PRINTABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC 3D PRINTING EQUIPMENT OR PROJECTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3DHI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING PRINTING FAILURES, DATA LOSS, OR COMMERCIAL LOSSES.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and platform access at any time if we determine your behavior violates these Terms or causes potential risks to the platform.

9. Revision of Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
